Warranty Policy

Introduction: At Cairo Lab, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable warranty on all laptops we offer, ensuring customer peace of mind and confidence in our services.

1. Warranty Duration & Details

Our warranty policy is tiered based on the time from the purchase date to fully protect your rights:

Total Warranty (1 Year): Valid for one year from the invoice date.

Return Period (First 14 Days): You may return the device for a refund in case of a technical defect.

Replacement Period (First 30 Days): The device can be replaced if a technical defect occurs.

Free Maintenance (First 2 Months): Full maintenance (parts & labor) is free of charge.

Shared Maintenance (Rest of the Year): Maintenance costs are shared (50% coverage) from the 3rd month until the end of the year.

2. What is Covered

The warranty covers the main hardware components and includes:

Manufacturing defects appearing during normal use.

Hardware issues (Motherboard, CPU, RAM, Storage) not caused by misuse.

Basic operational faults that hinder device performance.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Breakage, dents, or damage caused by misuse, dropping, or negligence.

Liquid damage, exposure to high humidity, or electrical surges.

Attempts to open or repair the device outside our authorized service centers.

Unauthorized modifications to the device specifications.

Software issues (Viruses, OS corruption).

4. Pre-Delivery Inspection Policy

To ensure quality, all devices undergo strict procedures before shipping:

All devices are rigorously tested and technically inspected before dispatch.

We verify that specifications match the order and check the general condition.

Device condition is documented before delivery to ensure transparency.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within the specified period (14 days for return / 30 days for exchange) from the delivery date strictly for proven technical defects.

Condition: The device must be in its exact original condition as received with all accessories.

Returns are not accepted if misuse is detected.

6. Imported Devices Disclaimer

Imported devices (Used/Refurbished) may contain minor signs of usage that do not affect performance.

The exact condition (Grade) of the device is clearly clarified before the sale.

The price reflects the device’s condition compared to brand-new market prices.
