Return & Refund Policy

Introduction: At Cairo Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have established a flexible and transparent policy that complies with consumer protection laws and ensures the rights of both parties.

1. Timeframes

Return (Refund): Customers may request to return the device and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange (Replacement): Customers may request to replace the device with another unit (same model or different model with price adjustment) within 30 days from receipt, in case of a technical defect.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To accept your return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

Device Condition: The device must be in the exact same condition as received, with no additional scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.

Accessories: All accessories received with the device (original charger, cables, gifts if any) must be returned in their original condition.

Documents: The original purchase invoice or receipt showing the Serial Number must be provided.

System Integrity: No tampering with the Operating System (OS), and no attempts to open or repair the device outside our centers.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Damages caused by misuse (cracks, electrical surges, liquid damage, drops).

Removal or tampering with the “Warranty Sticker” on the device.

Issues caused by viruses or malware installed by the user.

Exceeding the allowed legal period (14 days for returns).

4. How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Service via Phone or WhatsApp to report the issue.

Your request will be reviewed, and an inspection will be scheduled (either at our branch or via courier pickup).

The device undergoes a strict technical inspection by our engineers to verify its condition and Serial Number.

Upon passing inspection, the refund or exchange process will be initiated.

5. Refund Method

Cash Orders: Refunds are processed via Electronic Wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay) or Bank Transfer to the customer’s account.

Online Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original card used (Processing time may take 5–14 business days depending on the issuing bank).

Note: If a fully functional device is returned (change of mind) without any technical defect, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (both ways).
