2. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Process

To ensure we offer the best rates for your volume:

1. Submit your request via the “Request a Quote” form on our website or email our Sales Department directly.

2. Please specify the Model, Technical Specs, and Approximate Quantity.

3. We will respond with a formal Price Quotation valid for a specific period (usually 3-5 business days due to market fluctuations).

3. Pricing & Taxes

• Volume Discounts: We offer genuine commercial discounts based on the order volume.

• Tax Invoices: As a registered entity, we issue certified Electronic Tax Invoices (VAT) for all corporate orders, allowing you to file them legally in your accounting system.

4. Payment Methods for Business

We accept flexible payment methods suited for corporate accounting:

• Bank Transfer: Directly to our official company bank account.

• Bank Checks: (Certified/Manager’s Checks) subject to financial approval.

• Cash: Available for smaller batches or upon pickup at our HQ.

5. Supply & Shipping

• In-Stock: Orders from available stock are delivered within 2-4 business days.

• Special Import: For very large orders or specific specs not in stock, we can arrange a special import shipment for your company (Timeline defined in the contract).

• Delivery: Bulk orders are delivered via company vehicles to ensure safety, or through fully insured courier services.

6. Samples & Inspection

• Companies may request a Sample Unit for inspection and testing before confirming the final Purchase Order (PO) for the full quantity.

• Specific terms apply to sample units, clarified by the Sales Manager.

7. Corporate Warranty

• Corporate devices undergo the same rigorous quality checks.

• The agreed warranty (1 Year) applies to all units. We offer consolidated technical support for your company to ensure business continuity.
