Yes, absolutely. All devices come with a full 1-year warranty. We also offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund in case of technical defects, and a 30-day replacement policy.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
Cairo & Giza: 1 to 3 business days.
Other Governorates: 2 to 5 business days. (Exact delivery time and shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout).
Are these laptops suitable for Gaming?
Yes. We have a dedicated section for Gaming Laptops equipped with powerful graphics cards (NVIDIA GeForce & RTX) and high-refresh-rate screens. We also offer high-performance Workstations ideal for heavy graphic design and engineering work.

Our devices are “Imported Business Laptops” (Used/Refurbished). These are original devices sourced from corporate environments in Europe and the USA. They undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are in excellent condition (Like New) and 100% functional before sale.
